If you’re in this situation, it’s important to know how to properly say goodbye to Shopify and make sure all your data is properly backed up and stored. This article will guide you through the process of closing your Shopify store, so you can start a new chapter for your business with peace of mind.

How To Delete Shopify Account

To delete your Shopify account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify account.
  2. Click on the “Settings” tab in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the “Account Details” section.
  4. Click on “Delete Account” button.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion.

Note that deleting your Shopify account will permanently remove all data associated with your store, including products, orders, customers, and themes. Before deleting your account, make sure to export any important data and transfer ownership of any domains registered through Shopify to another account.

Note: Once a page is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you want to temporarily remove a page from your online store, you can un-publish it instead of deleting it. How To Delete Photos From Shopify Library

To delete photos from your Shopify media library, follow these steps:

  4. Find the photo(s) you want to delete.
  5. Check the box next to the photo(s).
